Hello, and thank you for stopping by!

My name is Kaye Trivisonno, and I’m a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker – Schmidt Family of Companies, in Strongsville, Ohio*. I have lived in northeast Ohio my entire life and have lived and worked in a number of cities throughout the area.

 

The home-buying process can be long and at times, plain frustrating. My goal is to remove the hassle and make it a fun, exciting journey, rather than a pain-staking affair. I listen to my clients’ needs, ask the right questions, and search for homes I know they’ll like. One of my past clients told me “I never thought I’d enjoy looking for a house, but you really made it interesting. Thanks for making this so easy!”

 

On the weekends, I enjoy looking for vintage treasures at estate sales, yard sales, and garage sales. Experiencing the diverse neighborhoods, homes, and people of my weekend hobby is how I found my passion for Real Estate and drives my interest in helping people find their dream home.
